Shocking Service from Fossil Watches

I am appalled at the level of service i got from Fossil (Cresta). I took my watch for repairs (battery, straps & screen replacement).

I got my watch back after about 9 weeks. How on earth does it take 9 weeks to replace those??

To make it worse they had put in the wrong straps on my watch??

I am extremely dissapointed.
